Arroyo High Classic Car Show Honors Slain Alum Rick DeVecchi

The Arroyo High School Athletic Boosters will host its annual classic car and motorcycle show at Arroyo High School on May 12 to honor Rick DeVecchi, a San Lorenzo native who was murdered in Berkeley in 1998.

The alum loved working on cars in his spare time. In his memory, the car show is held the first Saturday in May and all proceeds go to the Arroyo High School Athletic Department.

With all the budget cuts, this is a way that the community can help keep students in sports and not out getting into trouble.
