Excessive Heat Warning Issued For Castro Valley: National Weather Service
Be prepared for miserable, dangerous heat. (Breaking)

CASTRO VALLEY, CA — An Excessive Heat Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service. The impacted area includes Castro Valley.
Much of the East Bay is included. The warning lasts from 11 a.m. Wednesday to 9 p.m. Thursday.
The risk of heat related illnesses and wildfires goes up with the temperature, and people should plan accordingly. Stay in air conditioning as much as possible. Never leave kids or pets in cars. And everyone, humans and animals, need to remain hydrated.
