Free Workouts at 24 Hour Fitness Through November

24 Hour Fitness is offering complimentary workouts for guests and members through Nov. 30, according to Business Wire.

The fitness gym is aiming to encourage Americans to maintain their exercise regimes during the holidays, the article says. 

To take advantage of the complimentary workouts, guests can stop by the gym between now and Nov. 30. *Must be at least 18 years of age and present valid identification.

The 24 Hour Fitness in Castro Valley is located at 3839 Castro Valley Boulevard.

The 24 Hour Fitness in Hayward is located at 24727 Amador Street or 2480 Whipple Road.
