OAKLAND, CA — One of the two men who were fatally shot in East Oakland early Sunday morning lived in Hayward and the other lived in Fairfield, police said Monday.
The shooting occurred in the 1800 block of International Boulevard at 1:34 a.m. Sunday and the two men were pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
The victims' names are being withheld pending notification of their next of kin.
