Hayward Man ID'd As Victim In San Jose Shooting
A 25-year-old Hayward man was identified as the victim in a San Jose shooting early Friday.
HAYWARD, CA — A man believed to have been fatally shot in East San Jose early Friday morning was identified this week by the Santa Clara County medical examiner's office as 25-year-old Hayward resident Fernando Jesus Fernandez Arredondo.
Fernandez Arredondo arrived at a hospital at about 4:40 a.m., San Jose police said last week.
Police believe the death was tied to a report of shots fired at 4:28 a.m. Friday in the 1600 block of Tully Road.

San Jose police have not announced an arrest or any suspect information in the killing.
