Julia Isabel Miranda-Montalvo of Castro Valley, Dies At 83
She was a native of Peru who came to the US in 1964.

Julia Isabel Miranda-Montalvo, 83, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and loved ones in the comfort of her home on March 18, 2019. She was born on September 08, 1935 in La Punta, Perú. She immigrated to the United States in February 1964. She resided in Novato and was a long-time resident of Hayward before settling in Castro Valley during the later years of her life.
She gave more than a lifetime of love to her family. She was the dear daughter of the late Josefina Paino-Miranda and the late Luis Miranda. She was the devoted mother of Luis Miguel and Janiza Isabel. A devotedly loving grandmother to David Swan, Lucas Richard, Courtenney Elise, Ashley Nichole, Lauren Amber, and Logan Anthony. She was also deeply loved by her extended family:
Candida, Catalina, Telma, Teresa, Dennis, Israel A, Israel Q, Juan, Ernesto, Abby, Nacho
y Marcella, Hector, Oscar, Pico, Dorita, Lucy, Anita V, Ana, Elvira, y Elo.
She left behind her precious companions: Radar (Dog), Daisy (Dog), Isabella (Bird), Lauren Twinkles (Bird), DaVinci (Cat) and Yullia (Cat).

Julia Isabel was a very resilient and charismatic woman, who devoted her life to preaching the word of Jehovah. Rain, snow, or shine, she was steadfast in her devotion. She aspired to help as many individuals reach paradise to spend forever laughing and smiling with her. She inspired countless individuals to be more than they were and her memory will continue to inspire them for the years to come.
She was a seamstress in her own right and an artist at crocheting dresses. She was a self-proclaimed champion of Chinese Checkers. She was an adventurous woman who loved to walk and adored to eat. She loved to be in the sun, dance on the beach, and swim in the ocean. She was an avid admirer of nature and animals. Among her favorite spots were La Charca, Brooks Falls at Katmai, Alaska, and Martins Beach in California.

A memorial service to celebrate Julia Isabel’s vibrant life will take place on April 7th, 2019 at
