
CASTRO VALLEY, CA — A sinkhole on Norris Canyon Road has been repaired and the road is again open.
On Friday, it was closed between Crow Canyon Road and the Alameda County Line. The Alameda County Public Works Agency was quite blunt about the situation, "Please avoid the route at all cost."
Norris Canyon Road was twice jinxed on Friday. It was closed to through traffic between Bollinger and Crow Canyon roads because of an uprooted tree.
