Sig-Alert On Westbound I-580 In Castro Valley
A crash involving a big-rig has the Monday morning commute backed up.
CASTRO VALLEY, CA — There's a tractor trailer fire and fuel spill on westbound Interstate Highway-580, east of Eden Canyon Road, in Castro Valley, according to 511.
The California Highway Patrol has issued a severe traffic alert, as the right lanes are blocked.
There is still no estimate of when the lanes will reopen.
