Castro Valley is about to have more food places around town!

This may be old news, but the real question on everyone’s mind is “When are these restaurants planning to open?”

Unfortunately, Alameda County Economic and Civic Development director Eileen Dalton didn’t have any information — but Patch was able to find out expected opening dates for the new businesses.

Nation’s Giant Hamburgers: Corner of Castro Valley Boulevard and San Miguel Avenue

• According to a Nation’s Giant Hamburgers representative, they do not have an exact date of opening but they are hoping it will be around May.

Panda Express: 3893 E Castro Valley Boulevard

• The scheduled opening date is Jan. 30

L&L Hawaiian BBQ: 20438 Redwood Road

• No specific date available yet, but sometime in February or March.
