Online program from the comfort of your home begins Jan. 11

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is an evidence-based program shown to reduce falls by nearly 70%. It has been found to build confidence, improve balance and mobility, increase muscular strength and flexibility, decrease pain, and prevent falls.
When: Beginning Monday, January 11th, 9 am –10 am
Continuing every Monday and Wednesday
Last Class: Wednesday, March 17th, 9 am –10 am
Where: Online from the comfort of your own space
