What Should Go Here Near Adobe Center?

Great downtown location with plentiful parking. What would you like to see here?

There's a lot of empty glass in the shopping center on Castro Valley Boulevard near Adobe Center.

There have been vacancies there for at least a couple of years.

The Great Recession must have made expansions difficult to contemplate in the past.

But we're a prosperous community. And things seem to be getting a bit better.

What would be a good catch for this locale?
