There's a vacant building and a vacant lot at the intersection of Heyer Avenue and Center Street.

Patch readers have already weighed in on what they would like to see on the vacant lot that was once a gas station.

Meanwhile a building sits empty in the same center. It's a good corner with Cafe Rumi bringing lots of life to the neighborhood.

But the site could use more energy.
