    As part of its series of free summertime screenings, Westfield Century City will be showing the documentary Searching for Sugar Man, about the enigmatic path of Rodriguez, a mythical rocker from the '70s.

    Bloomingdale's Century City will host fashionista Rachel Zoe for a fall and winter fashion presentation at 9 p.m. Aug. 7. Space is limited, so be sure to call for reservations at 310-772-2114. See the full Patch event calendar listing here.

    Kathe Kollwitz will be the focus of the Hammer Museum's weekly Lunchtime Art Talks, which are 15-minute discussions about work around the museum. It starts at 12:30 p.m. today at the museum in the Billy Wilder Theater.

    Also at the theater today will be a screening of The Flowers of St. Francis, directed by Roberto Rossellini, a film about the early followers of St. Francis of Assisi.
