87,000 Flags to Adorn National Cemetery

Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts will decorate the cemetery Saturday morning.

More than 3,000 Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts will commemorate the service of veterans Saturday morning by decorating the National Cemetery in West Los Angeles with about 87,000 American flags.

The event begins at 8 a.m., with registration for the scouts at 7 a.m.
