Century City Condo Tower Work Could Begin Soon

New signage goes up at the site at 10000 Santa Monica Blvd.

New banners have gone up at the site of a condo tower planned to be built at 10000 Santa Monica Blvd. in Century City, Curbed L.A. reported.

The new signage, which seems to "indicate work is imminent," says the tower will house 283 glass residences on 40 stories, according to Curbed.

Developer Crescent Heights, based in Miami, announced its plans to build the tower more than two years ago, Curbed reported.
