Floral-Takeover, Pop-Up Bar Sets Spring Mood In Century City

CENTURY CITY, CA — Taking inspiration from spring flower fields, a colorful, pop-up bar has opened inside the La Pizza & La Pasta restaurant at Eataly LA in Century City that will leave patrons feeling as though they've been transported to an Italian garden.

Decked out in dozens of bright blooms, Bar Fiorito is serving up spring-vibe, spritz cocktails, mocktails and a selection of such Italian bites as Fiori di Zucca (fried zucchini blossoms served with sea salt and lemon) and Pinzimonio (seasonal raw vegetables like snap peas and carrots with a ricotta dip).

The spritz cocktail menu offers traditional Aperol versions, plus eight twists on the classic sip, with alcohol and alcohol-free drinks featuring rhubarb, fresh cucumber, grapefruit and strawberries, plus such herbs as basil and mint.
