Hinoki & the Bird Opening Delayed in Century City
The new restaurant will soon open at luxury condominium building The Century.
Initially slated to open sometime in late December, David Myers' Hinoki & the Bird has yet to serve up its Asian-inspired cuisine in Century City.
An official opening date has not been confirmed for the restaurant, which will be located inside luxury condominium building The Century.
Former "Top Chef" contestant Kuniko Yagi will serve as chef, overseeing a menu that includes willow-smoked and marinated tuna with seaweed and garlic, in addition to Vietnamese green curry lobster roll with basil blossoms, among other selections, according to the Los Angeles Times.
