New Burgers Fill Menu at Westwood Umami
The 5-ounce burgers will only be sold at the Westwood Village location.
The new Umami Burger in Westwood Village will serve up a menu of original burgers not sold at any other Umami locations.
The burgers, like the "U-Mini" menu, are smaller, weighing in at 5 ounces, compared to the traditional 6-ounce burgers available at other Umami Burger joints.
Here's a list of the new burgers and their ingredients. Burger names are still being decided:

- Savory onions, bread and butter squares, house cheddar
- Crushed avocado, butter lettuce, savory onions, slow-roasted tomato, house American
- Bread and butter slices, minced onion, mustard, Umami ketchup, house cheddar
- Crushed avocado, slow-roasted tomato, butter lettuce, shiitake veggie patty
Sides include plain fries and Umami fries, with Parmesan, tomato, mushroom and herbs. Salted caramel shakes and milk chocolate shakes will also be served.
