UCLA Bus Riders Reminded of Ackerman Terminal Closure
Riders leaving from UCLA will have to use a temporary transit center until the summer of 2016.
Officials with the Big Blue Bus are reminding UCLA riders that the Ackerman Terminal serving UCLA is closed for renovations until the summer of 2016.
According to Big Blue Bus, riders will now arrive and depart from a new temporary transit center located on Charles E. Young Drive between Westholme Avenue and Manning Avenue in front of the P2 Parking Garage.
Per the Big Blue Bus, the following routs will be affected in the follow ways:
- Routes 1, 2, 3, 8, 11 and 12: Weekday trips from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. will continue regular service to the Hilgard Terminal.
- Routes 1, 2, 3, 8 and 12: Weekday trips from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. and all weekend trips will serve the temporary transit center.
- Rapid 12: All trips will serve the temporary transit center.
