
There are two developments planned for the Olympic Corridor, between Sawtelle and Bundy. The owners of the Trident Center are planning a major expansion of their existing office space and the addition of retail space. Construction is planned to start in 2018 and continue through 2020.
Expansion of the Martin Cadillac property at the corner of Bundy has been approved. This will include 150,000 sq. ft. of office space, 516 apartments and a supermarket. 20% of the apartment are designated for affordable housing and will be the largest unsubsidized block in the city.
