Celia Corporation Renews Lease in Cerritos

The Celia Corporation, a national distributor of plastic film products, will continue to call Cerritos its home for the next five years. 

With representation by the Saywitz Company – one of the largest privately held commercial real estate brokerage firms in Southern California –  the corporation recently renewed and expanded its operations located at 16010 Carmenita Rd. in Cerritos. 

The 5-year, 10,000 square foot transaction is valued at more than $500,000. Steve Calhoun of Colliers represented the ownership in the transaction.
