March 13, 2020 - Following the President’s Declaration of a National Emergency and reviewing the newest guidance provided by the State and County Departments of Public Health, the City of Artesia is implementing temporary precautionary changes to City operations to protect the public and reduce community spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). The following operational changes will be effective at 5:00 pm on Friday, March 13, 2020. The changes to operations will be in place through the end of March, or until further notice.
