Pieology in La Mirada delivered 150 free pizza pies to the frontline heroes during National Nurses Week.

LA MIRADA, CA — Pieology Pizzeria in La Mirada last week delivered a vanload of pizzas — roughly 150 to be more exact — to the hardworking staff at Kindred Hospital, who are dealing with the current COVID-19 crisis.
"Pieology expressed their tremendous gratitude for all the medical personnel, first responders and essential service providers, whose tireless efforts have saved many lives," a company spokesperson said.
In a partnership with Chubb Insurance, the restaurant made the delivery Friday to the healthcare facility on East Imperial Highway to coincide with National Nurses Week.
