LA KISS Lose to Arizona at Honda Center
The KISS will next play next Saturday at Cleveland in a game to be televised by cable's CBS Sports Network.

ANAHEIM, CA - The LA KISS allowed touchdowns on each of the Arizona Rattlers' first nine possessions and were held to seven points in the second half of a 69-28 loss Saturday night in an Arena Football League game at Honda Center.
The KISS trailed 35-21 at halftime. KISS quarterback Nathan Stanley threw the first of his three interceptions on the opening possession of the second half. Stanley threw an eight-yard touchdown pass to Brandon Collins on the next possession, but the KISS would be held scoreless for the rest of the game.
In their final five possessions the KISS turned the ball over on downs twice and Stanley threw two interceptions. Time ran out on their final possession, when they were quarterbacked by rookie Pete Thomas.

Stanley completed 21 of 44 passes for 262 yards and three touchdowns for the KISS (1-1). Donovan Morgan caught two touchdown passes and ran for a third score for the KISS, who are 0-6 against the Rattlers, including 68-30, 49- 43 and 68-55 losses last season.
Arizona quarterback Nick Davila, a former standout at Damien High School in La Verne, completed 20 of 26 passes for 193 yards and five touchdowns, three to Rod Windsor. Davila has thrown 38 touchdown passes and had two passes intercepted against the KISS.

Mykel Benson ran for three touchdowns for the Rattlers (2-0). Chase Deadder and Kerry Reed also caught touchdown passes from Davila. Backup quarterback Shane Boyd threw a 45-yard touchdown pass to Windsor with two minutes, 13 seconds remaining.
Anthony Amos returned a kickoff 54 yards for a touchdown for Arizona in the third quarter before a crowd announced at 6,427.
The KISS will next play next Saturday at Cleveland in a game to be televised by cable's CBS Sports Network. Their next game at Honda Center will be May 2 against the Philadelphia Soul.
