LA KISS Rout Portland at Honda Center

The KISS offense scored touchdowns on six of its first seven possessions and led 13-7 at the end of the first quarter.

ANAHEIM, CA - Nathan Stanley threw seven touchdown passes and the LA KISS made five interceptions, returning three of them for scores, in a 66-27 victory over the Portland Steel on Monday in an Arena Football League game at Honda Center.

The KISS offense scored touchdowns on six of its first seven possessions and led 13-7 at the end of the first quarter, 27-14 at halftime and 39-21 entering the fourth quarter.

Stanley completed 23 of 31 passes for 233 yards and had one pass intercepted before a crowd announced at 9,235.

Donovan Morgan caught four touchdown passes, Brandon Collins two and D.J. Stephens one for the KISS (3-3).

The KISS also got touchdowns on interception returns from Josh Victorian in the first quarter and Dan Buckner and Fredrick Obi in the fourth.

Darron Thomas completed 25 of 49 passes for 259 yards and three touchdowns for Portland (0-5) and had five passes intercepted in his first start of the season.
