Woman, 63, With Schizophrenia Missing In Norwalk

CERRITOS, CA — A Norwalk woman with schizophrenia and diabetes was missing Tuesday morning.

Sylvia Castro, 63, was last seen Monday at her home in the 12900 block of Lariat Lane, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Castro is Hispanic, 5 feet 4, 112 pounds with dark brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and blue checkered pajama pants, the LASD said.

Anyone with information on Castro's whereabouts was asked to call the Sheriff's Missing Person's Detail at 323-890-5500.
