The arrests come as thousands of firefighters work to contain the Camp Fire, the deadliest blaze in modern state history. The wildfire, which sparked Nov. 8, has taken the lives of at least 77 people with the death toll expected to climb as hundreds have been reported missing.

After burning more than 150,000 acres and destroying 12,000 structures, the fire is just 65 percent contained.
