Lara and Keith Bussey are thrilled with the opportunity to open their bakery in Chico. As proud residents raising their two children in Chico, they believe that the growing city is a great place for these quality cakes. “Bundt cakes conjure up a feeling of family and home baked goodness and that is what this community deserves,” explained the Busseys. “We are all about coming together and giving back and we couldn’t think of a better place to do it than where we are raising our children. To benefit the Chico Unified School District during our grand opening events is ‘frosting on the cake.’” The bakery opened just before Thanksgiving and grand opening festivities will be held at the bakery the second week of January (see details below).
