UnitedHealthcare to Host Online Job Fair on February 21

UnitedHealthcare is hosting an online job fair on February 21, 2019 between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM (PST) with the goal of hiring 150 new Customer Service Representative positions in Chico. Customer Service Representatives utilize training and tools to help serve existing and new customers. By taking 50-70 calls per day from customers who have questions about their health benefits, Customer Service Representatives help navigate through the health care benefits available to them, including helping them enroll in a new plan.

The positions will be based at UnitedHealthcare’s offices at 2080 East 20th Street in Chico.
