In order to practice social distancing all candidates will be required to make an appointment, either in-person or online, with the Clerk.

Interested in running for City Council? The next general municipal election for the City of Citrus Heights will be held on November 3, 2020 for two City Council seats - Districts 1 and 3. Beginning Monday, July 13 through Friday, August 7, 2020, 5:00 p.m. candidate nomination packets will be available from the City Clerk. Due to COVID-19, our candidate filing process has changed to include methods for both issuing and filing documents. In order to practice social distancing all candidates will be required to make an appointment, either in-person or online, with the City Clerk.
