Labor Day: What's Closed, Open in Citrus Heights

As with most major holidays, many local institutions will shut its door this Labor Day in observance of the national holiday. In preparation of the three-day weekend, here is a breakdown of services that will not be available for the Monday holiday.

Citrus Heights City Hall will be closed. 

All U.S. Postal Service locations will be closed.

All Sacramento County Public Library locations will be closed.

Sacramento County offices will be closed. 

The Sacramento Regional Transit bus system will be running on a Sunday/holiday schedule. 

Emergency services, such as police and fire, will be available. Garbage pickup services will not be affected. 

will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Contact individual stores for store-specific hours.
