UPDATE: James Taylor has been located, safe.

Original post: Citrus Heights Police are searching for an at-risk man who went missing around 1:30 p.m. Sunday.

James Taylor, 67, was last seen at his home on Sylvan Road, FOX40 reports. He is non-verbal because of a mental disorder.
