Police Search for Man Linked with Attempted Bank Robbery
The suspect was last seen fleeing from the Wells Fargo Bank, running southbound along Auburn Boulevard.
Police are searching for a man who walked into a Citrus Heights bank Saturday and attempted to rob it.
According to Citrus Heights Police, on Jan. 26 at approximately 11:10 a.m. the white male adult attempted to rob a teller at the 8477 Auburn Blvd. The suspect passed a note and no weapon was seen, according to police. Police describe the suspect as a white male adult in his 30s with a shaved head.

The suspect left the bank without money after other employees became aware of the robbery, according to police, and fled, running southbound on Auburn Blvd.
This matter is being jointly investigated by the Citrus Heights Police Department and Federal Bureau of Investigation.
