Summer Concerts in the Park 2013 Lineup

Mark your calendars: Summer concerts return to Rusch Park in Citrus Heights June 9. 

The four free concerts are hosted by the Sunrise Recreation & Park District and the City of Citrus Heights. This year's lineup includes music from the 80s and 60s. 

Here's the 2013 summer concert series lineup:

• Sunday, June 9: 6-8 p.m. featuring music from the 60s through today's hits played by AZUAR
• Saturday, June 29: 6-8 p.m. featuring Joe Getty and the Dead Flowers
• Sunday, July 21: 6-8 p.m. featuring Prophecy, "a band from Sacramento, California with roots deeply ingrained in Jazz, R&B, Funk and classic songs," according to their website
• Sunday, Aug. 18: 5:30-7:30 p.m. featuring 80s music from The One 80s band

All concerts are at the softball fields at Rusch Park, 7801 Auburn Blvd.
