From trick-or-treating and a haunted house to a Spooktacular event at local shopping centers, here are ways you can celebrate Halloween in Citrus Heights this year:
Cemetarium Haunted House
You can choose either low-scare family friendly or full-scare tours at this Citrus Heights haunted house. It's a 16,000-square-foot outdoor haunted house with a multi-themed room maze and actor-based.
When: Low scare from 7-7:30 p.m.; full scare from 7:30-10 p.m.; open until 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays; Oct. 11-13, Oct. 18-20, Oct. 21-Nov. 2

Antelope Crossing Spooktacular
Antelope Crossing center is hosting their annual Spooktacular event featuring live entertainment, a costume contest, health fair, pumpkin patch and more.Â
When:10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19
Where: Antelope Crossing centers at Interstate 80 and Antelope Road

Howl'o'ween Pet Fair
Show off your pet's best costume at the Howl'o'ween Pet Fair Oct. 26. All proceeds from this event will go to the Citrus Heights Community Marching Band. There will be a pet costume contest with categories of funniest, scariest and most original. There will also be raffle prizes, vendors and performances by the Citrus Heights Police K9 team and Citrus Heights Community Marching Band.
When: 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26

Trunk or Treat
Bayside Church in Citrus Heights is hosting their Trunk or Treat event on Halloween featuring games and candy.
