Catholic Church Seeks Unwrapped Toys

Christmas toys needed at the Catholic Community of St. Joseph

Since 1984, the Catholic Community of St. Joseph in Upland has provided food to the local community. Last year, 1092 families were serviced reaching 5,039 individuals monthly.

During the month of December, the parish’s His Hands Ministry has offered the elderly, single parents, homeless and working families food baskets while also providing traditional Christmas dinner and children’s toys. In previous years, toys have been provided by ABC’s Spark of Love and Toy’s for Tots.

Due to to new protocols, St. Joseph will no longer be a recipient of these gracious donations and many children will go without.

Parish Mission -

The continuing presence of the Lord makes us a family which loves and respects the dignity of each person. Like St. Joseph, we protect and serve the family, the poor, the elderly, the young, the sick, and all who suffer. We form our faith in order to live in total fidelity to God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. With our gifts, we create a community of communities which, in love, justice, and peace make the kingdom of God a reality.
