Three Valleys Municipal Water District and the Metropolitan Water District provide customers with programs and incentives to help them use water more efficiently. Most programs only allow specific approved high efficiency products to be purchased and installed. Programs include rebates for premium high efficiency toilets and clothes washers, weather-based irrigation controllers, soil moisture sensor systems, efficient sprinkler nozzles, rain barrels and cisterns, and turf removal.
