Impeachment Rally Set For Tuesday Evening In Claremont
Tuesday evening's pro-impeachment event in Claremont coincides with hundreds of demonstrations scheduled across the nation.
CLAREMONT, CA -- Claremont residents are expected to turn out Tuesday in Santa Monica to call for the impeachment and removal from office of President Donald Trump.
The "Nobody Is Above the Law" rally is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. at the intersection of Foothill and Indian Hill boulevards and coincides with hundreds of demonstrations scheduled across the nation.
An impeachment vote is expected this week by the U.S. House of Representatives.

This event will run from 5 to 6:30 p.m. and is coordinated in cooperation with MoveOn; participants are asked to bring a flashlight for safety.
"This will be visible, family-friendly, a public gathering to demonstrate to our lawmakers that their constituents are behind them to defend the Constitution—and that Trump has left them no alternative to uphold their oath of office but to support impeachment and removal," organizers said in a statement.
