Man Found Shot Dead on Pomona Sidewalk
The male victim was found bleeding on a sidewalk in the 400 block of West Center Street, authorities said.

A man was found dead on a sidewalk after a shooting in Pomona, police said today.
The victim, a man in his 20s, was found bleeding on a sidewalk in the 400 block of West Center Street around 6:10 p.m. Tuesday and died at the scene, Pomona police Lt. Alex Rilloraza said.
Earlier, a man was shot multiple times in the shoulder, Rilloraza said. The shooting occurred around 4:10 p.m. on Seventh Street. The victim, identified as 18-year-old Reggie Hererra, was driven to an ambulance station on the 200 block of North Main Street, Rilloraza said, and then transported to a hospital.

Rilloraza described Hererra's condition as stable, and said police are treating the shooting as an attempted murder.
"At this point in time, I don't believe they're related," Rilloraza said of the incidents.
