Now more than ever, staying mentally positive is essential as we navigate our way through the difficult times caused by the pandemic. To calm people’s hearts and provide useful tips to preserve mental health, the Federation of World Peace and Love and Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy will co-organize a virtual forum on October 10 at 8:00-9:30 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time. Psychologists, counselors, medical doctors, a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, and other visionaries will share their insights on how to cope with current mental health challenges and strategies to achieve and improve mental health.

On October 10, everyone is encouraged to join the virtual event on a designated website and social media ( FB, IG, Twitter, and YouTube). Through interacting on social media @InternationalConscienceDay, people can get inspired, alleviate worries and anxiety, and overcome the challenge with love and conscience.

Fighting COVID-19 is challenging for everyone. To protect ourselves from the disease and stop the spread of the virus, all are encouraged to read A manual for disease prevention and health protection, featuring “five do’s” and “three don’ts.” The five do’s are “wash your hands frequently,” “drink more warm water,” “do more exercise,” “be happy,” and “be more careful.” The three don’ts are: “don’t get angry,” “don’t worry,” and “don’t be anxious.” With solidarity and conscience, we shall overcome!
