1 Arrested In Early-Morning Crash On Highway 4
The CHP said the collision was reported at 1:08 a.m. on eastbound Highway 4.
CONCORD, CA — At least one person was arrested following a vehicle collision on eastbound state Highway 4 in Concord early Tuesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP said the collision was reported at 1:08 a.m. just west of Willow Pass Road. One of the motorists involved in the collision was arrested at the scene. The reason for the arrest wasn't provided.
Information on injuries or other motorists involved wasn't immediately available.
