You are invited to find a place of calm amongst the external chaos happening in the world.

Now more than ever it is a time for more self-love, more self-compassion, and more self-care. This is where to start.
Join us for two hours of soul-soothing information and exercises by experienced, caring professionals at 11 am PT on April 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30.
We have gathered together a group of health and wellness practitioners who will give you real techniques that can calm the overwhelming feelings of fear, anxiety, and frustration you may be experiencing.
Session topics over the five weeks will include:
- Overcoming Blocks to Self-Compassion
- Having Fun is a Serious Matter
- Creating Balance During Covid-19
- Attracting Harmony into Your Daily Environment
- Stress Hardiness
- Return to Natural Healing
- Tapping on Pain and Illness
- Opening the Heart
- Compassion Body Scan
- Parent Survival Tips While Sheltering in Place with the Kids
- A Holistic Approach to Parenting and Self Care
- Shelter in Place Meditation
- And more
Each session will feature Mindful Self-Compassion exercises, tai chi or qigong, and EFT tapping. Guest presenters will explore comedy, kundalini yoga, mindfulness, movement, nutrition, meditation and more.

While this event is being presented as a gift to the community, if you get value from the presentations and would like to express your appreciation, donations are being accepted. Half of all donations will go to the Meals on Wheels Diablo Region, which has experienced a 219% increase in requests from vulnerable seniors for food support since shelter in place began.
