ARRESTS:

Tara Ct. Disorderly Conduct:Alcohol; Trespassing. A 20-year-old Clayton male was arrested after being contacted by officers. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (3/30/13 – 0136 hrs.)

Mt. Etna Dr. DUI. A 55-year-old Clayton  male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (4/2/13 – 0039 hrs.)

Clayton Rd./Duncan Dr. Drive While License Suspended. A 35-year-old Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was issued a citation and released on his promise to appear. (4/2/13 – 1450 hrs.)

BURGLARIES/THEFTS:

Mitchell Canyon Rd. Burglary – Residential. (3/31/13 – 1530 hrs.)

Chert Pl. Burglary – Residential/Petty Theft. (4/2/13 – 0625 hrs.)

VANDALISMS: None.
