Clayton Police: Tear Gas Charge
Clayton man charged with use of tear gas is in the Clayton police activity report for Feb. 8 to Feb. 14.

A possession of tear gas was the most unusual charge made by Clayton police in the week of Feb. 8 to Feb. 14.
Also, the good news is that no vandalism was reported in the week.

ARRESTS
1800 block Yolanda Cr. Use of Tear Gas; Unlawful to Possess Tear Gas; Probation Violation. A 30-year-old Clayton male was arrested after being contacted by officers. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (2/8/13 – 0030 hrs.)
6400 block Clayton Rd. Petty Theft. Three male juveniles were arrested after officers responded to a call for service. Subsequent to their parents being notified, they were released with instructions to return home. (2/8/13 – 1308 hrs.)

Clayton Rd./Oak St. DUI. A 47-year-old Clayton male was arrested after being contacted by officers on a traffic stop. He was transported to the Concord Police Department for booking. (2/8/13 – 2306 hrs.)
5400 Clayton Rd. DUI. A 21-year-old Concord male was arrested after being contacted by officers on a traffic stop. He was transported to the Concord Police Department for booking. (2/11/13 – 0147 hrs.)
Clayton Rd./Marsh Creek Rd. Drive While License Suspended. A 32-year-old Concord female was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. She was issued a citation and released on her promise to appear. (2/13/13 – 1230 hrs.)
