A Community Conversation on Homelessness at the Concord Library

This is a great opportunity to join us for our 3rd annual Community Conversation forum for Homelessness Awareness month on November 26th at 4 p.m. It will be held at the Concord Library in the Community Room and will have an excellent panel of speakers from Contra Costa County Health Services, Health, Housing & Homelessness (H3), Shelter Inc. and the Concord Community Police Officers. All community members are welcome to attend this very informative event.
