Concord Man Found In Ellis Lake Park Identified
The 66-year-old Concord man was found floating face-down in the lake on Friday afternoon.

From Bay City News:Â
A man found dead in Concord's Ellis Lake Park on Friday afternoon was identified by the Contra Costa County coroner's office today as 66-year-old Stephen Harley Tracy.
Concord police responded to the park, located near Clayton Road and Ellis Street, at 4:21 p.m., Lt. Rob Zywicki said.
Tracy, a Concord resident, was found floating face-down in the lake and was removed with the help of the city's fire department, Zywicki said. A preliminary investigation indicated that the death may have been accidental, he said.
A deputy coroner said this afternoon that the cause of Tracy's death remains under investigation.
Anyone with more information about the case is asked to call the Police Department's investigative division at (925) 671-3030 or the confidential "tip line" at (925) 603-5836.
