PITTSBURG, CA -- A fire erupted Sunday morning in Pittsburg. The fire was reportedly near the Pittsburg-Antioch Highway and Arcy Lane, according to NBC Bay Area.
The news station reported the blaze erupted "near a wastewater treatment facility and a hazardous waste disposal facility."
