Flute / Guitar Concert In Clayton
Duo Bohème flute / guitar concert at Clayton Valley Presbyterian Church, Sept. 13 at 4 PM
Please note that this is a change in date and time from previous announcements. San Francisco-based Duo Bohème featuring flutist Courtney Wise and guitarist Lyle Shellfer will be performing in concert at Clayton Valley Presbyterian Church, 1578 Kirker Pass Road, Clayton, on Sunday, September 13th at 4:00 PM.
The suggested donation is $15. Sheffler, a New York native and Wise, a Walnut Creek native, met in 2010 at the San Francisco Conservatory where they both were pursuing Masters Degrees.
The performance will feature works by J.S. Bach, Manuel de Falla, Franz Schubert, and others including a work written for Duo Bohème by Grant Ferris. The duo’s debut album, “ Senza Misura”, will be available for purchase at the concert.
