MDUSD: Parent/Family Engagement Survey

Mt. Diablo is asking that families take time to complete this State Board of Education approved survey to collect information on family engagement policies, programs, and practices. This survey data will be used to inform the LCAP and the development process, to assess prior year goals, actions and services as well as to plan or modify future goals, actions and services in the LCAP. Surveys are due May 14, 2021. Thank you in advance for the support.
