'Mini-Me' Is Strong, Funny, Awesome Mom: Mother's Day Photos

CONCORD, CA — Whether it's through their personality, looks, hobbies or a combination of everything, daughters become a reflection of the woman who raised them. With Mother's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across California to share their "mother-daughter lookalike" photos.

It doesn't matter how old the kids are, they'll always be your babies! and part of the fun of motherhood is watching your children grow up and enjoy the same things that you love.

Marisa Good of Alameda sent a photo of herself with her daughter, Desiree of Concord. Marisa tells us, "My beautiful daughter Desiree Bulda (aka my mini-me) we are like 2 peas in a pod. We think, act and sometimes dress alike. ‍Desiree is the eldest of my 4 kids. She’s strong, funny and an awesome wife and mother to my 2 granddaughters Kacey, age 5 and Camryn, age 9."
